Writer and director, Amy Hennig, is to be honoured at the 19th Annual Game Developers Choice Awards.
Organisers of the Game Developers Choice Awards have announced that Amy Hennig will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at next year’s ceremony. The event takes place on Wednesday, March 20,2019 at the San Francisco Moscone Center, during the 2019 Game Developers Conference.
The award recognises Hennig’s long and varied career, which has seen her serve as the creative director and writer of Naughty Dog’s Uncharted franchise. She also spent time at Crystal Dynamics, where she was writer and director on the Soul Reaver and Legacy of Kain series, and her early career includes work as an artist and animator on games including Desert Strike.
