BAY CITY, MI – A Gratiot County man has received federal prison time for sexually assaulting a juvenile he met on a social networking app.
U. S. District Judge Thomas L. Ludington on Thursday, Nov. 30, sentenced 30-year-old Randy L. Kirkpatrick to 33 months in prison. Once he’s served his time, Kirkpatrick is to be on supervision for an additional five years, the judge ordered.
