Soulja Boy to Start His Own eSports Franchise

Soulja Boy continues to make gaming-related headlines as of late, with the rapper announcing that he will be starting his own eSports franchise in 2019.
Nearly two weeks ago, the Chicago-born rapper Soulja Boy made the news when he announced on Twitter that his own handheld console was on sale on his tech website, souljawatch.com. Before that, he announced that his own “Crank That” emote would be added to Fortnite. Now, the rapper continues to make gaming-related headlines, with Soulja Boy announcing that he is planning on starting his own eSports franchise in 2019.
Elaborating on this, Soulja Boy said that he wants his “organization” to feature teams in numerous eSports games such as Fortnite, Call of Duty, and Counter-Strike.
