President Trump on Sunday blasted his lawyer-turned-federal cooperator Michael Cohen as a “Rat” — and wondered why the FBI didn’t “break into” DNC headquarters the same way they raided Cohen’s office.
“Remember, Michael Cohen only became a ‘Rat’ after the FBI did something which was absolutely unthinkable & unheard of until the Witch Hunt was illegally started,” Trump tweeted . “They BROKE INTO AN ATTORNEY’S OFFICE!”
In April, the FBI, armed with a search warrant, searched Cohen’s office, seizing records related to, among other topics, hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels.
