Gustavo Santaolalla, the composer for developer Naughty Dog’s forthcoming action-adventure game The Last of Us: Part 2, teases the sequel’s release date.
There’s no doubt that The Last of Us: Part 2 is one of the most highly anticipated games in recent memory. Even so, fans of the survival-horror franchise still don’t have a clear idea of exactly when the PlayStation 4 exclusive will be making its way to the Sony console. Just recently, though, the game’s composer, Gustavo Santaolalla teased the title’s release date, giving players hope that they will see it launch this year.
During one of Santaolalla’s recent concerts, the Argentinian musician and composer addressed the crowd to talk about the songs that he and his band would be playing during the gig, stating that some pieces from the first game were at the performance as well as a little bit from The Last of Us: Part 2.
