The glitched part of the map is a floating square smack dab at the top of a staircase near the Ivy Tunnel control point that players have been reporting on Reddit, via Kotaku.
The untextured square is invisible from the top, but you can see how it’s blocking the path along the stairs in redditor u/jmxd‘s video below.
