Five years after the feature’s debut, Samsung is still dodging seamless updates, this time leaving the feature out on its Galaxy S21 series.
For years now Android has supported the useful ability to install system updates in the background, only requiring a quick reboot to apply the changes. With monthly updates becoming the norm, it’s a great quality-of-life improvement.
