A suspected impaired driver was arrested in the Stanton area early Sunday morning after the SUV she was driving fatally struck a woman crossing Katella Avenue, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. The crash occurred in the street at 8901 Katella Avenue, a Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman said.
