Pilot killed in plane crash in Rosewood neighborhood identified

Around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, the single-engine plane hit a house before hitting the ground.
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A man who died in a plane crash in Columbia on Wednesday has been identified. Farhad Rostampour,62, of Greenville, died in the crash, the Richland County Coroner’s Office confirmed. He was the pilot of the aircraft. Friends told WYFF Rostampour was an active pilot who loved adventure.
