Getty Free Britney Miley Cyrus started a “Free Britney” chant during her July 4 concert in Las Vegas, according to NME, and the crowd was right there alongside her to support Britney Spears’ pleas to remove her father from her conservatorship. At one point during the concert, Cyrus said, “We love Jay-Z, but we got to free this b****. It’s stressing me the f*** out!” Britney Spears has been under conservatorship since February 2008, according to US Weekly. It wasn’t until last month that she– for the first time in her 13-year conservatorship– finally delivered a 24-minute testimony about the situation. Since then, the #FreeBritney movement has gained even more momentum, with fans everywhere urging the court system to release Spears from her conservatorship and bring awareness to her legal position.
