Police have identified the 18-year-old woman who died during a Brown County crash on Monday. Harley M. Craddock,18, of Williamsburg, Ohio, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said a car was driving westbound on New Harmony Shiloh Road when the driver drove off the right side of the roadway, over-corrected and drove left of center.
