Sadly, Xbox said no new games will be shown off
Microsoft is one of the first major games developer and publisher to confirm its presence at Gamescom 2021. The game event’s opening will be hosted by Geoff Keighley and streamed live on August 25 at 11 am PT / 7 pm BST / 8 pm CEST. Microsoft’s Xbox Stream will be held a day early on August 24 at 10 am PT / 6 pm BST / 7 pm CEST and will be hosted by Parris Lilly and Kate Yeager. Think of the show as a warmup for what to come on the next day. To set our expectation to the correct level and avoid being disappointed, Microsoft confirmed that there will be no new games shown at the event.
