Hayes Grier, a social media star, has been accused of a brutal beatdown in North Carolina. Grier,21, was arrested Friday in Charlotte on warrants out of Encino, Calif., and charged with assault causing serious bodily injury, felony conspiracy and common law robbery, according to online jail records.
