Sept.11 (UPI) — Oscar-winning actor Billy Bob Thornton has signed on as a guest star in the Yellowstone prequel,1883, on Paramount+ The Goliath and Sling Blade alum will play Marshal Jim Courtright on the show, the cast of which will be led by Sam Elliott, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
