Kevin Durant Left Stone-Faced by David Letterman's Media Day Questions

Posing as “Dave from Basketball Digest,” Letterman asked Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant why he was called “KD” and several other joking questions.
Brooklyn Nets’ superstar Kevin Durant was left stone-faced after he was asked several questions by veteran TV broadcaster David Letterman during the team’s media day. Letterman appeared at the Nets’ media day telling Durant that he was “Dave from Basketball Digest,” and started off his series of questions by asking him why fans and players referred to him as “KD.” Durant initially paused and appeared to be surprised by the question, saying, “My first name is Kevin, with a K and my last name is Durant with a D.” Letterman then asked Durant “what percentage” he plans on giving during the team’s upcoming season. “110 [percent],” Durant said in response. As Durant appeared to keep his stone-faced expression, Letterman continued to ask him questions.
