A naked 28-year-old woman, who allegedly smelled of alcohol, is accused of driving a golf cart into a secured perimeter where Tampa area police were dealing with a gunman who had taken shelter on the roof of a house just after midnight Monday. Pinellas County Police say that Jessica Elisabeth Smith went past several squad cars and ignored verbal commands to stop once she reached the area where the standoff was unfolding.
