A fatal hit-and-run closed the westbound lanes of Hwy 70 Business on Sunday morning.
Clayton, N.C. — Clayton Police are investigating a second homicide this week after a man was found dead on the side of U.S. Highway 70. The man found dead has not been identified by police. Authorities say he is Hispanic and was found wearing a green Hollister t-shirt with blue jeans.
