Traveling in time is often a skill many wish they had, and if you stay up until 2 a.m. Sunday morning, you might just experience it. Well, not really, but the clocks do turn back. As people across the U.S. sleep peacefully on Saturday night into Sunday morning, time goes back an hour in observance of daylight saving time. According to an announcement from the National Weather Service, the 1966 Uniform Time Act, which established the length of daylight saving time, and the 2005 Energy Policy Act, which extended it to its current conditions, shaped how the U.
