Jessica Chastain has been selected as this year’s recipient of the Desert Palm Achievement Award for an actress from the Palm Springs International Film Awards and Film Festival. “The Eyes of Tammy Faye” star will be honored at a gala ceremony at the festival, which is returning as an in-person event next year at the Palm Springs Convention Center. The gala ceremony will take place on Jan.6,2022. Chastain was previously honored in Palm Springs with the Chairman’s Award in 2018 and the Spotlight Award in 2012.
