NEW CASTLE, Ind. — An Ohio man was killed Friday in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 in Henry County. Craig S. Simon,58 — of Powell, Ohio,14 miles north of Columbus — was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which took place shortly before noon in the eastbound lanes near the 115-mile marker, according to Indiana State Police.
