Nearly 100-thousand pounds of raw ground chicken products, mostly sold at Trader Joe’s, have been recalled for possible bone fragments. The Trader Joe’s items affected are two frozen chicken products: Chile Lime Chicken Burgers and Spinach Feta Chicken Sliders. The US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service said the problem was discovered by the manufacturer, Washington-based Innovation Solutions, after “consumer complaints reporting findings of bone in the chicken burger product.
