Jeffrey Jacobs was killed when he was struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning.
The brother of a man killed in a pedestrian traffic crash Wednesday said he was a kind-hearted man who loved his family more than anything. Jeffrey Adam Jacobs,51, of Port Huron, was extremely close with his family, which included his mother, two brothers, two step-children and several nieces and nephews, said his brother, Jerry Jacobs. They talked on the phone almost every night. « If he loved you, he loved you forever and he would have your back with anything, » Jerry Jacobs said.
