Lenovo: Microsoft Pluton security chip won't be enabled by default on 2022 ThinkPads

News, Reviews & Betas which includes large community peer support Lenovo has confirmed that its ThinkPad business notebooks for 2022, based on the Ryzen 6000 Rembrandt mobile APUs, will come with the Microsoft Pluton security feature disabled by default.
Back at CES 2022, Lenovo announced a few of its upcoming business-class notebooks in the form of the ThinkPad Z series comprising the ThinkPad Z13 and the Z16. These laptops will be powered by AMD’s Ryzen PRO 6000 series Rembrandt mobile APUs and that means the devices will come with Microsoft’s Pluton security processor as AMD’s Rembrandt APUs are the first such chips in the market to do so.
