It’s a long and winding tale, but Paramount+ ‘s upcoming series The Offer will lay it all out for you. Get a first look at the long, winding road the movie’s creators took to get The Godfather into theaters in the show’s first trailer, unveiled by Paramount+ at their Television Critics Association ( TCA) panel today. Based on Oscar-winning producer Albert S. Ruddy’s never-before-seen experiences of making The Godfather, the 10-episode series was created by Oscar and Emmy-nominated Michael Tolkin, with Nikki Toscano also set as showrunner and writer on the project.
