The open beta for MultiVersus, which began July 26, will continue for PlayStation, PC, and Xbox, while season 1 content, including Rick and Morty, are delayed “to a later date.”
MultiVersus, the Warner Bros. ensemble fighting game whose free, open beta began last week, will have its first season of content delayed to an unspecified later date, the game’s official Twitter account said Wednesday night.
The delay also includes the release of Morty, of Rick and Morty, a playable character originally announced for an Aug. 9 launch, the same day season 1 was to begin.
