A Michigan man has been arrested after he allegedly stabbed his neighbor’s dog 20 times, according to police.
Genesee County Sheriff’s Department (GCSD) officers learned Terry Louis Key II had allegedly been filmed on a doorbell camera attacking the dog on October 26.
At a news conference on Wednesday Sheriff Chris Swanson told reporters that the 36-year-old had gone to the home of a woman who he believed had been responsible for a violent domestic dispute with another person.
