Keo Ruug Shrine in Breath of the Wild can be tricky if players don’t know what to do, so here’s how to solve the puzzles.
There are 120 Shrines in Breath of the Wild, and players will need to complete every one of them if they want more HP/heart containers or Stamina/stamina wheels. Some Shrines are part of the Shrine Quests, which require a few steps before Link can activate them. Fortunately, most are out in the open, and that includes the Keo Ruug Shrine.
Breath of the Wild’s Keo Ruug Shrine trial is called „Fateful Stars.“ As its name indicates, Keo Ruug won’t be a Major Test of Strength, so Link won’t have to worry about fighting. The key to the „Fateful Stars“ puzzle is to look around the main room.

Players will want to activate the Keo Ruug Shrine because it’s near the Master Sword in the Korok Forest. This Shrine will come in handy for those attempting the Trial of the Sword, as it bypasses the Lost Woods segment of the Korok Forest.
