5 Things GTA 6 Must Take From GTA San Andreas

Whilst there is still no official reveal for the next entry in the franchise, San Andreas is certainly the game to take inspiration from.
With fans eagerly anticipating the official showcase of Grand Theft Auto 6 after the announcement of its early development in 2022 and its recent leak, Rockstar most certainly have multiple templates to use this time around. Despite each entry in the franchise maintaining different stories, characters, and locations, there are a variety of aspects within each that led toward their huge levels of success.
More notably, GTA San Andreas is still regarded as one of if not the best titles in the series for a variety of reasons, and if developers should look back on any predecessors for ideas, this classic title would be the one to focus on. 5 Gym
While all the entries after the release of San Andreas maintained the level of success and notoriety of the entire franchise, one of the huge omissions in all titles is the ability to attend the gym as an activity. Despite there being gym locations that are available to visit in titles such as GTA 5 with Franklin sometimes seen working out when character swapping, it is not possible to actively use any equipment or participate in any mini-game which stands as an odd choice.
In addition to all the new and old free-roaming activities that will definitely be present in GTA 6, developers should take this idea from San Andreas and include this on this occasion, especially if features such as weight changes that are present in Red Dead Redemption 2 are also used here. 4 Gang Rallies/Gang Wars
Aside from the main missions in GTA 5 and some portions of free-roaming, the gang-related content was severely lacking, whereas San Andreas was heavily centered on this aspect.
