In addition to BG3’s negative combat debuffs, Baldur’s Gate 3 offers positive conditions for players to try out in a variety of builds and classes.
As opposed to negative Status Effects like Dazed, Pinched, and Bane, there are a huge number of Conditions and Buffs in Baldur’s Gate 3 that give some kind of positive bonus to players. These positive buffs and boons are usually cast on a party member by another party member, or cast on self, though some are gained in other ways.
For the most part, the BG3 Conditions listed below are all Status Effects that confer some kind of bonus in a combat setting, though some of them also have effects tied to exploration and out-of-combat interactions.
