A Destiny 2 player points out how different the universe will be for former Hunter Vanguard when he makes his return in The Final Shape.
The last five years of Destiny 2’s narrative has seen some drastic changes to the larger universe, many of which the former Hunter Vanguard Cayde-6 will be experiencing for the first time upon his return as one player points out. The Final Shape is set to mark the end of The Light and Darkness Saga, an event which has been building in the game’s universe for the better part of a decade. While the plot points leading up to this final expansion in the saga has been alot for players to take in, the return of Cayde-6 will give a fresh set of eyes to everything that has been unfolding since his death.
Little has been revealed about what is in store for players with Destiny 2’s next major expansion, The Final Shape, and how it will impact the universe going forward. The information known about it, as of this writing, is it will see the return of Cayde-6 in some form to aid players along with bringing an end to the ancient conflict between The Traveler and The Witness.
