'All Rise' courtroom drama with Detroit's Simone Missick set to air final episodes

« All Rise, » the courtroom drama starring Detroit’s Simone Missick, is preparing to have its case dismissed for good.
The series ran on CBS for two seasons starting in 2019 and was picked up by OWN (the Oprah Winfrey Network) for a third season that began in 2022.
OWN announced Tuesday that « All Rise » will end its series run with its third season. The first of its 10 remaining episodes will air at 9 p.m. Sept. 16.
The 10 episodes will pick up where the third season paused in August 2022 with a midseason finale involving a chaotic takeover of the Hall of Justice.
Missick anchors the series, which focuses on the personal and professional lives unfolding inside a busy Los Angeles courthouse. She plays Judge Lola Carmichael, a well-respected judicial force and former deputy district attorney who isn’t afraid to be an activist on the bench.
