This house can be found at the coordinates of X: 10, and Y:3. You will get there automatically as you start Act 3 in Baldur’s Gate 3.
In order to start the quest to Find the Missing Letters in Baldur’s Gate 3, get into the post house and talk to Postmaster Danzo.
During the conversation, Danzo will ask you to help him find the missing letters because he has some personal stuff in those letters. Along with that, he also mentioned that Post House’s pigeons who used to deliver the letters from one place to another are found dead.
