NPCs have their own personalities now.
GTA 5 is familiar with mods, which enhance the gameplay, mechanics, and looks of the game. A new mod takes it a step further, by providing a feature that no other game does at this point. Through this new mod, GTA 5 players will be able to have proper conversations with NPCs in the game.
As reported by VGC, Sentient Streets is the mod that gives players the ability to talk to NPCs in the game. This mod has been developed by the same developer that released a similar mod for Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord, and they go by the name Bloc.
