Apple Music Drops Its Most Affordable Plan

The $4.99 Apple Music Voice plan allowed for unlimited streams, but the caveat was that you had to ask Siri to play everything. As of this month, it’s no longer an option.
Apple is getting rid of its most affordable music-streaming tier, meaning you’ll need to pay at least $10.99 per month for Apple Music unless you’re a student.
The company plans to discontinue its Apple Music Voice plan this month. This option ran just $4.99 per month and allowed for unlimited streams, but the caveat was that you had to ask Siri to play everything. No calling up your playlists by hand in the Apple Music app.
Apple has already removed the option to auto-renew an Apple Music Voice plan and posted instructions on how to migrate to a regular Apple Music plan.
