How the Grinch Stole Christmas! tells the story of a lonely and cynical creature called the Grinch (Boris Karloff), who decides to ruin Christmas for the village of Whoville by dressing up as Santa Claus and stealing their presents on Christmas Eve. The Most Wonderful Time of the Year is a family comedy-drama that first premiered on the Hallmark Channel in 2008. The film revolves around a working single mother named Jennifer Cullen (Brooke Burns), whose Scrooge-like attitude towards the holidays is challenged when her retired police officer uncle, Ralph (Henry Winkler), visits for Christmas with a carefree handsome stranger named Morgan Derby (Warren Christie) in tow. Though Jennifer is initially wary of Morgan, his playful attitude towards life and growing bond with her six-year-old son, Brian (Connor Levins), just might help her to believe in love and the Christmas spirit again.
