Two decades after Mean Girls became an instant classic, a new reimagining of the beloved story is hitting theaters in just a few weeks. The film adaptation of the Mean Girls Broadway musical hits theaters Jan. 12, and Forbes 30 Under 30 musician Reneé Rapp—who will be reprising her role as Regina George on screen—is giving fans a taste of the music to come, with a little help from Grammy winner Megan Thee Stallion.
“Not My Fault,” a new single from the movie’s soundtrack album, pays homage to the original film by sampling an audio clip of Lindsay Lohan’s character saying “It’s not my fault that you’re, like, in love with me or something.
