Alright, first things first: the Poco M6 Pro confused us, and it’s hardly the first time Xiaomi has pulled this maneuver on us. There already is a Poco M6 Pro 5G out there, announced all the way back on August 5 2023. It is an India-only model and a 5G device. To add to the confusion further, the Indian Poco M6 Pro is sort of a rebranded Redmi 12 5G with a slightly different back design.
What we have in the office for review today is the brand-new Poco M6 Pro for global markets, and it has nothing to do with either of the already-mentioned phones.
