Camouflaj and Meta have announced Batman: Arkham Shadow, a new entry in the franchise made exclusively for the Meta Quest 3 VR headset.
Yesterday, Meta announced Batman: Arkham Shadow, a VR-only game coming exclusively to the Meta Quest 3. Batman: Arkham Shadow is in development at Camouflaj, a developer with offices in Bellevue, Washington, and Kamakura, Japan. Camouflaj was founded in 2011 by Ryan Payton, who had previously worked at KONAMI as Assistant Producer on Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
The studio’s debut game was the episodic action-adventure stealth title République. They subsequently moved to the virtual reality space with Marvel’s Iron Man VR, which launched as a PlayStation VR exclusive in 2020 before coming to Meta Quest 2 in 2022.
