Now on its third year, Kultura’s Filipino Design Studio will showcase an even more diverse mix of guest brands alongside in-house favorites, putting the spotlight on exquisite Filipino finds that deserve our attention. Happening from August 15-31, Kultura SM Podium will be beautifully transformed into a tropical luxe shopping haven, as it plays host to the Filipino Design Studio.
Explore traditions that are cleverly reimagined! Kultura’s exciting roster of brands aim to showcase artisanal weaves and handicrafts in fresh and contemporary styles. And in the spirit of mindful consumption, there’s also a greater focus on eco-friendly and sustainable fashion and home finds.
Want a sneak peek? For the fashion-forward, expect Filipiniana pieces being given a modern update by Happy Andrada (already eyeing their signature beaded barong bomber jacket!), Pampinay, Binibini Marikit, Ethnique, Tahum Clothing, and Tiano by Thian Rodriguez. And for those who want to make sustainable fashion choices, discover elegant pieces made from surplus couture fabrics by Cachet Collection.
Accessories can make or break a look, and we have just the right finishing touches for you at the Filipino Design Studio. Check out the chic and sophisticated Lily Jewelry, and fine jewelry and elegant custom pieces by Pamanna Jewellery, alongside intricate and dreamy accents by Matthew & Melka, and sustainable upcycled carabao horn accessories by Kara de Juan.
Complete your look with artisanal pieces crafted by local communities such as solihiya bags by Alixia Marie, tropical slings and vibrant laptop cases by Woven, chic native bags and baskets by RCB Crafts, and witty statement clutches by Ilha.
