If you felt like there wasn’t much excitement around the OnePlus 13 earlier this month, that sure seems to have changed in the last couple of weeks thanks to a plethora of new leaks that essentially tried to leave no question unanswered ahead of the phone’s fast-approaching announcement event.
This had long been confirmed to take place in October, mind you, and finally we have an exact date to report today. Unfortunately, the date etched in stone on Chinese social media is only valid for, well, China, with a global launch set to happen at a later and currently undisclosed moment in time.Hello, gorgeous!
Because this is OnePlus we’re talking about here, today’s “teaser” video doesn’t just confirm the October 31 date and 4 pm (local) time of the company’s next flagship announcement, but the handset’s actual design as well.
That’s right, we essentially get to see the unreleased OnePlus 13 in all its glory today, with a design that very strongly resembles that of last year’s OnePlus 12, but that’s somehow still different enough to give the new phone a strong sense of personality and originality.
