—The Yamagata Wyverns made easy work of the Kumamoto Volters in the Japanese B.League, 100-84, at Yamagata City General Sports Center on Sunday.
The Wyverns drew contributions from Filipino import Roosevelt Adams, who made the most of his 17 minutes of action with seven points and three rebounds without missing any of his three shots from the field.
However, it was James Bell and Timothy Holyfield who made the biggest difference for Yamagata with 19 and 16 points, respectively, to push the squad to a 6-9 record.
