This year marks the 10th anniversary of Spotify Wrapped, and music lovers know there are few things more fun than gushing about your new musical obsessions. Last year, over 227 million users engaged in Wrapped, the company told Business Insider.
Wrapped is a feature that shows you a slideshow (or “story”) of the songs, artists, and podcasts you’ve listened to the most over the past year, what new music you’ve discovered, and an exact count of how many minutes you spent listening to music. You also get a playlist with your most listened to songs, along with some other goodies depending on the year.
Spotify is introducing new features that further demonstrate your music taste from 2024. This year, you can listen to an AI podcast about your music taste and trends, powered by Google’s NotebookLM product. Spotify Wrapped now also lets premium users prompt the AI Playlist feature to create a personal playlist.
