A tourist submarine carrying around 44 people has sunk in Egypt’s Red Sea, killing several people, local media reported.
The publication Al-Masry Al-Youm said at least six people had died and nine more were injured, citing local officials. Twenty-nine others were rescued, per Cairo24.
People of all nationalities were onboard for the trip in the coastal city of Hurghada.
