The southwest monsoon, or habagat, will continue to bring rains in parts of the country on Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Sunday.
Pagasa weather specialist Veronica Torres said habagat is currently affecting the country.
