While she skipped the VMAs 2025 red carpet, the music icon took the stage to perform a medley of her greatest hits and accept the musical awards show’s biggest honor of the evening, the Video Vanguard Award.
While she initially took the stage in a champagne-colored silk bathrobe, she soon whipped it off to reveal a corseted gold crystal-covered bodysuit paired with matching sparkling boots.
But the real star of the show was Carey’s jewelry.
