Netflix clears up some server space every month to make room for new content, and here’s what it’s taking away from you in November.
Netflix is the streaming service with the most original movies and shows, but to make room for the new stuff, some of the content you’ve always wanted to see—and have had on your to-watch list for months—must be banished from the service.
That’s because Netflix doesn’t own everything it streams. Its contracts with networks, production companies, and movie studios mean its programming constantly shifts. So, each month, we bring you up to date with a list of what’s going to disappear. We’ll highlight our top choices for what you should watch in November before they’re gone. This month loses numerous movie franchises like Jaws and Fast & Furious, plus one of the best TV shows of all time. Below that, we’ll share the full list.Six Feet Under: Seasons 1-5 (Nov. 1)
One of the all-time great HBO series will be gone from Netflix on the first of the month. Six Feet Under follows the Fisher family, operators of a Los Angeles funeral home who deal with the death of their father in a bunch of unhealthy ways over the course of five seasons. It’s going to be a struggle to watch all five seasons before the first, but it’s more than worth it all the way through to the finale.
