– Mongolian President Khaltmaa Battulga met  with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia on Sept 11.
AKIPRESS. COM – Mongolian President Khaltmaa Battulga met  with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia on Sept 11.
President Battulga expressed his condolences over the natural disaster in Japan.
Battulga confirmed Mongolia’s interest in supplying energy in the establishment of the Northeast Asian super grid for energy and to widely cooperate with Japan in the areas of tourism, agriculture, and the establishment of an eco-city.
Abe backed proposals of Battulga, while addressing the commissioning of the new airport in Khushig Valley, Mongolia, and the development of tourism sector under clear plans.
