There’s no doubt that Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the hottest games of the year, and here’s where to buy the open world western on Black Friday for some savings.
Without a doubt, Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most highly coveted video games of the year. This has been indicated by the fact that its sales have already outpaced its predecessor’s lifetime figures by a pretty wide margin. That said, though, it’s safe to presume there are plenty of folks out there who have yet to pick up the open world western. With this being the case, now is likely to be the best time to buy it, as there are several decent Black Friday deals available.
All of the current Red Dead Redemption 2 deals are outlined further below, but for now, it looks as if the best sales for the title are available through the Xbox Store and the PlayStation Store. The game’s Special Edition is being lowered from $80 to $70 for Black Friday, and it comes with the base game, a bank robbery mission and gang hideout, a Dappled Black Thoroughbred horse, talisman and medallion in-game bonuses, boosts, cash discounts, the Nuevo Paraiso Gunslinger outfit, and several free weapons. For those wanting the Ultimate Edition, it has been discounted to $90 on both platforms.
It’s also worth noting that physical retailers are selling Red Dead Redemption 2 at full price, but will be including a bonus item with purchases. For instance, Best Buy’s Black Friday deal for the open world western comes with a special collapsible cup, while Walmart, on the other hand, will be offering up an exclusive steelbook edition for fans to acquire. At any rate, here are all of the current deals outlined below:
For those who have yet to experience the first Red Dead Redemption, there are also solid Black Friday deals available for what is easily one of the top video games of the last generation. The two best offers for RDR1 come from the Xbox Store and the American multinational retailer Walmart. The Xbox Store is offering the standard edition of the original title for $10, while Walmart is selling Red Dead Redemption‘s Game of the Year Edition on Xbox One for a steal at $14.
All things considered, it will be interesting to see just how big Red Dead Redemption 2‘s sales figures have come by the end of the year, as it will surely be a gift given to many gamers this holiday season.
