Looks like the Nokia phone spotted on FCC is the Nokia 5.2 — which is the successor to the Nokia 5.1. Taking a look at the specs it seems the Nokia phone will be a mid-range device. The Nokia 5.1 currently sells for Rs 10,999 in India.

Looks like HMD is in no mood to stop anytime soon. The FCC certification website suggests that a new Nokia phone is in the works. A phone appearing on the FCC listing hints that it is coming soon. Some reports suggest the listed phone may be the successor to the Nokia 5.1 aka the Nokia 5.2. HMD Global is yet to confirm the coming of Nokia 5.2.
