Samsung has introduced the Samsung Exynos 1580 SoC to power its upcoming mid-range smartphones worldwide. This SoC comes as a successor to the Exynos 1480 SoC with powerful CPU cores.Exynos 1580 SoC: Features and Specifications
The 4nm Exynos 1480 SoC is manufactured using a low-power design to enhance the smartphone’s efficiency. The SoC has upgraded its cores to Armv9, and the newer tri-cluster allows the SoC to offer a higher level of performance and power efficiency.
The integrated XClipse 540 is a third-generation custom GPU with upgrades in data processing capacity. The GPU has two Work Group Processors (WGP) with increased GL2 cache capacity and is claimed to offer maximum performance by up to 37% with the upgraded GPU.
